Settings overview
Find the settings area for the site you currently selected.
Open Settings when you need information about the site you currently selected. Check the selected site before you open a setting.
Start with General
Choose General when you need the site's name or description, its languages, or date and number formats. What you set there is covered in General settings, languages, and site information.
The rest of the Settings list depends on the site. You may see items for a domain, store, privacy, spam, apps, design, or other connections. These are examples, not a fixed menu. Use the names you see on your screen and open an item only when it matches your task.
If you already know what you want to do
Several settings have a guide that walks you through it step by step:
- Connect a custom domain, to put your site on your own web address.
- Set up cookies and consent, for the cookie policy, purposes, and applications behind your banner.
- Manage email templates and notifications, for the texts of the automatic emails.
- Set up webhooks, when another system needs to hear about changes.
- Spam settings and blocked submissions, to review what the filter held back.
- Team roles and access, when a colleague sees a different menu than you do.
Find the right setting
- Check that the selected site is the one you want to review.
- Open Settings in the left menu.
- Start with General, or choose a visible item that matches your question.
- Read the page title before you change anything.
Opening Settings does not change the site.
If an area is missing
Settings vary by site and by your access. Check the selected site first. If the area is still missing, ask an administrator for access or ask whether that option is enabled for the site.
